SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
All orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping Time:
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location.
We ship to a wide range of countries using reliable couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and others.

Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Delays:
If a delay occurs due to shipping issues beyond our control, we may consider offering a partial refund of up to 10% of the order value.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Within 2 hours of purchase: You can cancel your order directly through your account.

  • After 2 hours: If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us at support@golfcitygc.com to request cancellation.

  • After shipment: Cancellation is no longer possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item, under the following conditions:

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • You must contact us by email with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Returns requested after more than 7 days from delivery.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or not in original condition.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns sent with Cash on Delivery (COD).

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

TAXES & CUSTOMS

International customers may be subject to additional customs duties or import taxes, depending on their country’s regulations.
Please note that these fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

In most cases, shipments arrive without customs duties thanks to our shipping partner. However, in rare situations, local authorities may impose extra charges that we cannot control or predict.
