RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Personalized or customized products.

Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery.

Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or items that are not in their original condition.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not accept returns sent with Cash on Delivery (COD).
REFUNDS

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as a return and specify the desired replacement. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
