REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • To process a return or exchange, please contact us via email at support@golfcitygc.com, including your order number and clear photos of the item you want to return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery.

  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or items that are not in their original condition.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not accept returns sent with Cash on Delivery (COD).

REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

EXCHANGES

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as a return and specify the desired replacement. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
